1. Platform Access
SEEKERS provides verified identity and credential services. Access is granted subject to identity verification. Fraudulent submissions will result in immediate permanent network bans and reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Escrow Services
Our smart escrow functionality facilitates secure payments between employers and verified talent. SEEKERS acts solely as a technological intermediary holding funds until milestone completion.
3. Institutional Obligations
Partner institutions are responsible for the accuracy of the data they verify via our API. Cryptographic signatures bind the institution to the verification event.
4. Limitation of Liability
While SEEKERS ensures technological immutability, we do not guarantee employment outcomes. Our Trust Score is an algorithmic assessment, not a legal endorsement.
